Barcis is attractive for numerous reasons: its lake and peaceful town, the many events it hosts, it is located at the foot of the Dolomites National Park (recently nominated UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site), for its many trails, not to mention that it is situated along the major motorway 251 Valcellina, and within five minutes you are on the famous ski slopes of Piancavallo (PN).
The region and the entire province offer an atmosphere of peace and tranquility and can boast a very high quality of life.
The building complex is spread over a flat area of about 2,200 square meters which overlooks the lake and it is perfectly integrated in the surrounding landscape.
Given that it is situated in the center of the pedestrian area, it is easily accessible from all side streets especially from the south from Boerchia Street that runs alongside the lake and which branches off on Via Roma, the main road that runs through the centre of the town up to the bell tower.
Thanks to its tourism appeal, many facilities and services are provided: beaches, canoe courses, routes of historical and natural interest as well as hiking trails, specific paths for mountain biking, and a tourist train offers a panoramic tour of the entire resort area.
The building complex is located in the municipality of Barcis (of noteworthy mention are the Municipality Building, the headquarters of the Communità Montanta, and Centi palace, which date back to the seventeenth century), in the center of the town in which you will find all essential goods and services: banks, supermarkets, groceries, coffee shops, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, a medical center, the hospital is 30 km away and is located in the city of Pordenone, the province's main city. It takes approximately twenty minutes by car on the highway to reach Pordenone.
The building complex is located about 5 minutes away from the ski resorts of Piancavallo and an hour from Cortina d'Ampezzo. It is also about an hour and fifteen minutes from the city of Venice and Marco Polo International Airport.
This is approximately the same time it takes to reach all the famous seaside resorts of the Adriatic coast, such as Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, Lignano and Grado.
In an hour and a half one can reach Austria and Slovenia.
