The apartment in Trieste is located on the 5th floor and is intended for those who want to live in the historical center and have all the amenities close to home and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen (2), a bedroom (3) and a bathroom (4).
During the renovation project, special attention was paid to the acoustic qualities of the new premises, thanks to modern design solutions and the use of sound-absorbing materials both on the walls and on the floor. The modern design of the partitions makes it possible to achieve a high level of sound insulation, both between individual apartments and between the rooms of each apartment. In all living and sleeping areas, as well as in the hallway, oak parquet is laid. All apartments are equipped with armored hinged doors in white opaque color, dimensions 900x2100 mm with perforation protection, peephole, satin chrome steel inner handle, satin chrome steel external fixed handle. All bathrooms with showers are equipped with Italian fixtures and fittings. The apartment is equipped with a modern autonomous heating/cooling system using highly efficient environmentally friendly heat pumps. Pumps are located on the roof of the building, and ducted air conditioners are installed in the false ceilings of apartments.
